[hpsdr] WSJT-X CAT Control for HPSDR (P1-Pandora)

HPSDR'ers,

Any plans to make something like the PiHPSDR server available to run on
windows?  Or maybe a server that acts as an interface to programs like
WSJT-X to interface to Open PowerSDR ?
