[hpsdr] TeamSpeak audio 2018/June/23

May 08.05.2018 the automatic rollout installed Windows 10 Spring update on two of my PCs. I now have Windows 10 pro build 17134.112. And the problems with PortAudio are the same as described here on my two PCs now. I am also using an SDR radio software "PowerSDR mRX 3.4.9". Unable to open a PortAudio recording device. I also use radio decoding software fldigi and JTDX. Both come up with PortAudio errors resp. error opening a recording device. The DRM radio decoding software "Dream" no longer receive any audio from the (virtual) soundcard. Audacity cannot open a recording device any more. I all seems to be software using PortAudio code compiled inside. Until yesterday (before the spring update rollout) every worked fine on both PCs.
Unanticipated  host error
Who knows where the solution is?
