[hpsdr] Where do I watch for Minerva/DFC [Solved]

Well, now that I've listened to the latest TeamSpeak recording 
(starting at 13:44), I have the answer to my question.  :)

Most Likely the Minerva/DFC project will be offered through 
Apache-Labs.
