[hpsdr] Where do I watch for Minerva/DFC [Solved]

I appreciate the effort and risk that Gerald (Flex-Radio 
Systems), TAPR, Apache-Labs, and the many other individuals have 
done to make SDR hardware available.  It has dramatically 
changed amateur radio.

I don't mind Apache-Labs making the small profit in exchange for 
making professional-quality hardware available to us.
