[hpsdr] New Orion MkII code available

All,
A new release of Orion MkII code is available.
This moves the HPF selection frequency from 1.5 MHz to 1.8 MHz so the full MW band can be received without the HPF being in circuit. 
It also fixes a bug in the CW Keyer that prevented the speed being changed whilst a character was being sent.
