[hpsdr] TeamSpeak audio 2018/May/26

The AD9361, with its frequency range and bandwidth, is appealing, but there's potentially a serious problem: it is a "zero if" system. Opposite sideband suppression depends on IQ phase and amplitude balance. The chip has automatic balance capabilities, but they might not work as well as you might hope. The AD 9371 touts "better performance", but how much better? Both are extremely complex, with hundreds of registers of control bits.
