[hpsdr] HPSDR PTT problem

Unfortunately, it is a fact of life with PowerSDR, that the database 
does sometimes become corrupted, and needs to be deleted. I also learned 
that the hard way, and now I have a backup of my settings, so that I can 
delete the database and restore the backup, any time I need to, with 
very little pain.
