[hpsdr] cat control

I use CAT control with my ANAN-100B (Hermes) between PowerSDR mrx, FLDIGI, WSJT-x and a few other digital programs. It works well.

However, I have never (much trying) gotten it to work with PowerSDR selected in the PowerSDR CAT settings. Selecting Kenwood TS-480, or TS-2000, does work - I use TS-2000. You set your digital program to talk to your PowerSDR selection, i.e.TS-2000. I also set PTT via CAT and the virtual serial port setup at 19,200 bps, 8 bit, 2 stop, no parity, no handshake.
