[hpsdr] Panadapter scaling

In the Panadapter screen, is there a way to adjust the /scale/ of the 
vertical representation?  I know how to /shift/ it, but am looking at 
110 db of range, which I rarely see on air, so would like to spread it 
out a bit.  Is this possible?
