[hpsdr] Closeout of HPSDR Components, Hamvention Update

As previously announced, TAPR is offering the remaining stock of HPSDR 
components at a discount. This is a reminder for those who may wish to 
pick up any items at the TAPR booth during Hamvention.

To be sure you get your selection, we suggest you place an order in 
advance. You or a designated person may pick up your prepaid order at 
Hamvention booths 5009-5011. IDs will be checked, so if you are having 
the order picked up by someone else, please provide that information 
with your order.
