[hpsdr] Thetis does no longer close properly / some settings lost from last session.

     Dear Scott/ Warren

  recently I noticed that when closing Thetis and later on repoening it 
I get the message box:

? There are other instances of Thetis running.

Are you sure you want to continue?  Yes/ No

The problem with this message is that If I click Yes Y lose all my 
settings from the last session

that is the zoom ratio , mode , last band used  etc.. .

What do you suggest to do ?

Using Windows 10 64 bit French / Thetis 2.6.2  firmware 1.5
