Shirley and Chris already answered the question.

Another attractive SBC that there is high demand for is the x86_64 
ODROID-H2 $111 without memory. Production is stalled by Intel not 
currently manufacturing the CPU's.
The web site says available again in 2019 - no timeline given so they 
don't know or can't speculate when.
