[hpsdr] Only have Pennylane...no problem

Hi Ted,

I made a few screengrabs and a quick screen cam of catSYNC working.
I currently have my Anan-100 hooked up, but the concept is the same for Atlas.

1. ComOCom to create virtual port pair.

2. PowerSdr settings:

3. CatSYNC settings:

You would then enter the URL of the websdr site in the main CatSYNC program. 
In my case I used my own site (K2SDR).
