[hpsdr] Pennylane

I am updating my collection of TAPR HPSDR boards to latest firmware.

Over the years, I have acquired a couple of Pennylane boards. I'm not 
finding any firmware on either OpenHPSDR.org or GitHub.

Do any firmware updates for Pennylane exist?  If so, where?
