Ok John, maybe another approach, hi: If you have the HPSDR Programmer_V2_nopcap installed on your PC, you can test the ethernet-link too: Power on Hermes. Then start the HPSDR Programmer, select the computer interface 'ethernet' and press discover button. Hermes data should benow displayed (after up to 12 seconds).

I installed Ham VNA and it, too, does not connect to Hermes.
The problem must be in the Ethernet adapter settings and/or Windows.
