TX Inhibit is not an output from the Hermes, it is an input. An appropriate
level signal there, in accordance with the "Rev Input Logic" setting, will
inhibit the radio (radio being comprised of the Hermes + software, the
latter normally PowerSDR mRX) from transmitting.

ATT on TX can be defined as a fixed value in the settings, or allowed to
vary under the control of PureSignal. The maximum safe input level for any
RF input is +13dBm.
