[hpsdr] CW on Thetis with an external app?

Scott - that worked - it took a bit to get all the nuances right.  Why is
this stuff hiding on the DSP tab that is totally unrelated?  Why do you
have to do something OTHER than alternate PTT keying?  Seems kind of hidden
and requires the secret handshake! ;-)
