[hpsdr] USB - knop (VFO-wheel) running remote connection ??

Just read the instructions, Bent:

You may have redo your port naming and assignments. You can also "splice"
in a VSPE splitter function if you want to have a knob simultaneously at
both the local and remote PCs.
