[hpsdr] Thetis v2.8.11 protocol 1 hermes board

Hi,

On Thetis v2.8.11 for protocol 1  the  <DSP>, <options> the filter size,
buffer size and filter type do always come back to the default settings
after every new start of Thetis.
Also the driver engine settings are set to default after every new start of thetis.

So these settings are not memorised.

Am I doing something wrong?
