Thanks Aivars. That source zip doesn't seem to have the source for Metis 
v3.0. The contents look exactly like this:

Some of the source code directories for earlier releases too don't have 
*.v files.

For example, v2.9 directory has only got binaries, no source code. v2.8 
has the source.

I am after the CW changes mentioned in the v3.0 release notes:
