[hpsdr] ANAN-10 cooling augmentation

Hello everyone,

My ANAN-10 gets pretty warm after several hours of operation, and I'm
concerned that I'll nuke the FPGA if I don't take action to augment it's
cooling. I have a few ideas, but figured some of you have already crossed
this bridge. Any suggestions are greatly welcome!

I think a good start would be to mount a heatsink to the FPGA. Does anyone
have a suggested part number?
