[hpsdr] VNA calibration loads

Hi guys,

my 2 cts: It's worth to test http://www.dxatlas.com/HamVNA/. This software
is working perfectly with Hermes. Compared with commercial instrumentation
there is nearly no difference up to 60 MHz. Pay attention to a well-designed
reflection brigde to use the full dynamic range of Hermes.
