[hpsdr] linhpsdr *local audio* on raspberry Pi 4

After installing the prerequisites, linhpsdr built successfully on a
Raspberry Pi 4 running Raspbian buster. 

I'm using an Atlas-based hpsdr (Metis, Mercury, Penelope).  [3 receivers
seems to work] 

pavucontrol shows no input devices; 4 output devices: analog output,
simultaneous output, RX0 Audio, and TX Audio. 

I'm using an HDMI monitor.  I've tried    amixer cset numid=3 1         
to select headphone jack instead of hdmi 

But in the linhpsdr Rx0 configure tab Audio section, Local Audio is
disabled (grayed out) 

What's needed to enable this option?
