[hpsdr] PowerSDR - reverse paddles

Thanks to all who replied.

My problem was that I hadn't noticed  the CW tab that appeared when I 
clicked DSP! I was out on a portable operation with my laptop and had 
the sun on the screen.

In any case, in my opinion 'Normal' paddles means dash on the right 
paddle, and dot on the left paddle, not the other way round.
