[hpsdr] HPSDR occasional crash

Hi Riho,

seems decoupling between RF-ports (antenna feed) and/or data/voltage
lines is unsufficient.

Check USB cable and voltage supply wiring on Atlas board for EMC and
provide some ferrit cores if necessary. Further review the SWR of your
antenna feed.
