[hpsdr] PiHPSDR Controller with 5 inch display.

Hi All.

Unfortunately I have found some small errors in the layout of the PCB so 
I have corrected this. The Gerber file that is on github should now be 
correct.

I am still working on the BOM so you must have some patient with me! And 
I have found a candidate for a suitable enclosure for this project. I 
have ordered one sample for evaluation.

Are there someone that can be interested in making a list for a common 
buy of the main components?
