[hpsdr] Software for Ubuntu with Atlas based Ozy system

So what I found:

linhpsdr - no ozy support

pihpsdr - it finds and loads ozy and appears to identify the boards on 
Atlas but throws an error that a quick Google doesn't turn up anything:

old_protocol_ep6_read: OzyBulkRead failed -7 bytes
ozy_read(EP6 read failed: Resource temporarily unavailable

cusdr - Windows only

ghpsdr3-alex - Segmentation fault running hpsdr-server - but it does 
identify and load ozy

ghpsdr - cannot open /dev/ttyUSB0 - Yes, I tried changing the code to go 
to /dev/ozy which gives:

Error 25 from tcgetattr: Inappropriate ioctl for device
init_controller failed

So I've got a lot of learning to do :-)
