[hpsdr] LinHPSDR on Ubuntu 20.04 install

I'm trying to install John Melton's excellent linhpsdr on a 
fresh Ubuntu 20.04 desktop using the git instructions at

I included the SoapySDR.


In the Download and Compile linhpsdr at the make -j4, I get:

I've looked for libcw.h

Is this G4Z's unixcw on GitHub?

If so, please, how do I install it?
