[hpsdr] Consult Tx 60m band

Hola Rafael EA8TK,

Do like this:
1. Open  PowerSDR mRX 3.4.9
2. Go to menu Setup -> General -> Hardware Config
3. Change Region to *Extended*

NB! Be aware that Extended allows you to transmit anywhere from 0 to 64MHz.

P.S. FYI, Thetis is Protocol 1 compatible since v2.8.6. Give it a try -
