[hpsdr] MUNIN III

Hi Bill.

MUNIN III is a 100W Power Amplifier for general use. It uses a pair of 
MOSFET transistors type MRF100HHF1, this is the same as used by most of 
the Ham equipment manufacturers the last 15 years. The PCB is 100x100 mm
