Hi Riho,

these old 12V Mitsubishi Mosfets should be only used when you can
execute predistortion. IMD3 as well gain is bad and not the state of the
art. Things become terrible if you cascade an other external power amp.
LDMOS is a much better choice: 16 dB(!) more gain, at least 10 dB more
IMD and mismatch 1:60 without damage. To get 48V supply voltage is no
problem with cheap step-up converters.
