[hpsdr] PennyWhistle MOSFET's

Hi again Helmut,

this is how my homebrew 160-6m 2xRD70HVF1 PA board (60x105mm) looks like -

was terrible and I never connected it to the PennyLane. I used an old RF
signal generator for testing. Today I think I had a bad signal source, but
most probably I didn't use that instrument properly.

P.S. Yeah, it is a homebrew 50Ω dummy load as well, HI.
