[hpsdr] Hercules Failed EEPROM DATA

Hi All

 

I am trying to connect a Hercules to a  Hermes.  On power up I get a failed
EEPROM DATA on the HERCULES Display. Is this  a failure in the ATMEG8 or are
there other possibilities?
