[hpsdr] List

I got one, too, this morning.

It can happen when your ISP has the list's IP range in its blacklist, or possibly implemented some unwise email rejecting algorithm, albeit poorly. Then bounces occur, you miss messages, and you get this notice.

***** High Performance Software Defined Radio Discussion List *****

  All:

I received an email from "hpsdr-request at lists.openhpsdr.org" claiming
that my membership has been blocked due to excessive bounces and wanting
me to click some links. The list to which I'm addressing this seems to
work fine, and mail to or from me is not bouncing.

Is that email as bogus as it looks, or is there really another list that
I've forgotten about?

Thanks & 73,

Jim
