[hpsdr] Resurrecting Ozy

Hi all,

Some of you knew that I was translocating from ZL to ZS. That move has 
now happened and I am resident in Cape Town with the call ZS1IX.

I would like to get my old HPSDR hardware going again. The PC on which 
PowerSDR was running in ZL has died, and I am trying to fire up on a 
different Windows 7 machine. I am struggling to remember how the LibUSB 
drivers for Ozy worked. I do have a folder with the drivers in it, but I 
probably did not install them as I used this PC previously for a 
transverter based on Hermes. Do these drivers just have to be present or 
do they need installation? If the latter how do I install them? Are 
there some detailed instructions somewhere - I don't see details on the 
web site.

When I try to connect to Ozy I get the comment about hardware not being 
connected or turned on, so something isn't working.

Help would be appreciated.
