I do appreciate you responding to my query to this reflector.  I finally got it figured out.   For some reason the second ethernet port on my mobo was (is) atfault.  I could not figure out how to make it work.  So, I finally tried plugging into my gigabit router from the other  mobo ethernet port.  It connected.Metis Ver. 1.7  (IP: 192.168.1.181)  Mercury (Ver: ?)Penelope (Ver:?)AlexExcalibur  (GPS OCXO)HPSDR Ver: 3.4.9
I'm a happy camper again. 
I sure would like to know how and why the program got deleted off my computer.

  Hi Bill. The list should still be working but the activity is very low. Can you tell what version of Windows you are using. And what do you mean with ETIS IP address. What hardware are you running, Hermes, or the original Atlas bus with Mercury and Pennelope?   I realize the TAPR HPSDR project is getting long in tooth, but it is still (was) a great sdr. I need help with why the ETIS IP address does not seem to recognize the hardware. 
  Is there anyone that my shed some light as to why the software will not see ETIS? I've tried changing the IP address without success.   
  There seems to be four IP ports in the setup. Please, what am I missing?

All:

A few years back, There was an upgrade to OpenHPSDRmRX which 
incorporated all kinds of neat audio processing in the transmit audio 
chain.  There was a tutorial published on how to set that up.  I did 
that on my first SDR, using an Icom desk mike, and it worked great.  I 
thought I saved and printed those instructions, but can't find.

I now wish to do the same on a second SDR, which will be installed 
remotely and virtualized.  I can't find the very detailed instructions 
on using the transmit audio processing.  Can somebody please point me to 
those instructions?
