[hpsdr] Looking for Old Software from William E. Sabin and Edgar O. Schoenike Book

  Hello Dick! You try to mission impossible. I looked around and 
everybody who bought this book complain about lack of this floppy, some 
refer to CD(???). I check "dark places" as well. And most important, 
everything on this floppy should be outdated, 25 years around, not a 
joke. So may be you could scan or whatever, chapter, I guess 17, from 
this book about, what does this floppy contain ;-). Then it will be 
easier to find ;-)
