[hpsdr] Kjell Karlsen LA2NI Silent Key

Extremely shocked and sorry to hear the news. I have had many pleasant interactions with Kjell during my Munin2 build. He sent me a Munin3 board last year and encouraged me to build it and pointed me to some instructions on winding the transformers etc. Condolences to his family. A real hero!
