According to the measurements in the link you supplied<br>
The height of the rail is 4.8 mm and the thickness of the base material
is 1.3 mm 4.8 -1.3 = 3.5 mm.. Are you sure that 3 mm is adequate?<br>
<br>
And will the current hole pattern in the Atlas board mate up with the
mounting holes in the rack you have in mind? Or would it help to have
an extra set of holes for rack mounting ? And is there any
standard hole mounting pattern for rack mount boards?<br>
<br>
And did you note that not all connectors are on the opposite edge from
the edge connector at least in the proposed change? <br>
It does appear that which way the boards are mounted will have an
adverse effect on whoever wants to mount the boards the other way.<br>
<br>
I have no say in the decision.. Just checking your details<br>
