<P>I would like to be able to simulate DSP functions such as filtering, decimation and interpolation. MATLAB and Simulink would be ideal but are not remotely feasible, cost wise, for my hobby use. I had a quick try at using Scicos (the GUI for Scilab) but had trouble getting into it using the doco I could find. Should I persevere? Does anyone have any other suggestions? I have a firm grasp of signal processing concepts but am very much a beginner as far as programming is concerned.<BR>
