a new traffic control method that apparently penalizes the big-gigabyte guys and
pretty much leaves the other folks alone. Things have greatly improved. Fingers
crossed they don't change it back.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>The do, however, seem to be interfering with email
connections. Its not a problem if you leave your email client on 24/7 - the mail
gets through, eventually.</FONT></DIV>
