dan & jeff,<br><br>....as an SB104 was my first rig and my first substantial heathkit project, I'm interested in the idea of using the SB104A PA stage, even though I no longer own a 104. One problem I see using the 104A PA is that it isn't rated for 100% duty cycle but if only running SSB or CW, it should work fine. Certainly would be a neat "intellectual" effort to use parts from one of the first total solid-state rigs from the 1980's, with equipment pushing the envelope in 2009!<br><br>73<br>Joe / K3KN <br></body></html>
