I was so happy when it worked on Mercury as I couldn't justify paying $300 for the one from Altera. The only 'very' minor issue with this unit was that the ribbon cable didn't have a red stripe on the pin 1 line. I just oriented the cable like the picture in the ebay ad (which does have a red mark), and it worked.
