Why the Atom 330 is unable to run PowerSDR at 192 kHz sampling rate,
while exactly the same <br>
Atom 330 board is capable of running the QS1r software at 2 MHz
sampling rate, through the same USB port ?<br>

IMHO this points directly to a problem not in the hardware, but in the
PowerSDR code.<br>
