Hughes, N7BMG, told me about the following Altera Modelsim Web

Edition.  If you are running Wndows XP I suggest you download and use

this version.  This appears to be very close to the ModelSim SE 6.4

edition I use.<br>

Look for "ModelSim-Altera Web Edition v6.3g for Quartus II v8.1" and

click on the Download Button.  Its about 129MB.  This is different than

the one included in Quartus II v8.1 software.  You will be able to use

both behavioral and RTL Verilog.<br>
