In the General | HPSDR tab of the PowerSDR program you can choose the
source<br>
of the 10 MHz clock among Atlas, Mercury and Penelope.<br>

I found that the setting that works best for me is Atlas. but this
puzzles me... <br>
where does this clock signal come from ? I thought that this choice
were meant for<br>
when you have an external, maybe GPS locked, clock source....<br>
<br>
If I set it to Mercury, then there is a frequency shift of a few
hundreds Hz, while <br>
setting it to Penelope the signal tone becomes warbled, as if the clock
suffered from<br>
bad instability.<br>
