Assuming its not a PC/USB issue, I haven't had time to look at 192K
data running across Atlas. My first guess would be noise, such as
undershoot/overshoot/ringing problems. If someone would like to take
this on as a project and let me know, I would appreciate it. I would
start by probing the 192K data at the destination (OZY FPGA pin) and
see if its noisy (make sure your scope ground lead is very short - less
than 1 inch). If so, then see if changing the slew rate of the
corresponding NWire output signal in Mercury will change it. Right now
I am trying to find out why some of the Ozy speed grade 8 parts have a
problem, so I cant check this.<br>

I have found that with Ozy and Mercury in adjacent slots, 192kbit/s
works from cold. Any other separation will only work after a warm up
period of 1/2hr plus.</font></div>

timing issue, using wrong phase of clock or noise on the backplane.</font></div>
