Big new feature in here is v 1.4 of Ozy_Janus.rbf that fixes the<BR>
glitches some were seeing with v1.3. This release is believed to<BR>
work well on both C8 and C7 speed grade Ozy FPGAs. Thanks to Kirk<BR>
for this update.<BR>

I've also tweaked a few PowerSDR things:<BR>
Alex ant control reset to all zero when Alex ant control is<BR>
deselected<BR>
Penny RX control bits are 'rounded off' to the nearest ham<BR>
band when tuned outside a ham band<BR>
