Please confirm if the following is true :<br>

I can use the LGPLed libusb DLL as an external DLL whose functions are<br>

called by a program proprietary, but not commercial. With this I mean a

program<br>

that is of free use, but whose source code is not released.<br>

The libusb DLL would be used as it is, with no modifications done to it.<br>
