Belay my last. I figured it out. I also downloaded QuartusII version 9 with sp2. Edited the batch file. Good evening to all,<br> I received my Pandora box so this has inspired me to get busy with this project.<br>All seemed to be going well until I tried to update the Mercury firmware version.<br><br>I've downloaded and installed the Altera Quatus V90 software into C:\altera under that folder is 90 and under that are installer; ip; modelsim_ase; nios2eds; qdesigns; quartus<br><br><br>The HPSDR software is installed at C:\HPSDR\pennymerge<br><br>I've run the usb blaster install ok. It took awhile to find the path to the blaster driver, but carefully following the Altera instructions for installing the driver I managed to complete that task.<br><br>Next step is where I'm having trouble. Instructions say to put the JP7 jumper on Mercury and place in slot between Ozy and PSU. OK, no problem there. Power up and all seems well until running the " Program-Mercury-EPCS16.bat" file.
